Outstanding customer service and especially after hours. Came home to the internet out, wife and kids mad... called the number and a tech named Adam answered. Super friendly and professional. Had me fixed up and going in less than 5 min. He was funny, knew exactly what he was doing, and made the dreaded call very pleasant. Best after hours experience I’ve EVER had with a service provider. If you’ve ever dealt with AT&T or any of those others, you know what I’m talking about. Adam, thank you sir!
The install techs were very nice. Service since has been good and they answer all of my questions. Always a pleasant interaction when I speak to them on the phone.
My husband and I moved to Texas nine years ago. Pathway is the only cable company that we have had. We have gone through growing pains with it, some good, some bad. The company has worked hard to improve on its weaknesses. We have been impressed with the improvements and decided to stay although our friends and coworkers have decided to drop cable for other options. I cannot say enough good things about Erica Ortiz. She works tirelessly to ensure that you, the customer, are satisfied. I just wish that more companies had employees like Erica. She is a rare find in this day and age. In addition, the technicians promptly arrived on the day that they were scheduled to switch my modem and were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.
