Continue to have issue with my internet connection. Called them at 850 am on Saturday morning. 3-28-2020. Told the tech what was going on and told him I have already wentbeen through the trouble shooting steps. He precede to tell me since I was refusing to trouble shoot while he was on the line. He couldn't help me. 2 days my internet has been spotty. Called for help and he tells.me it's because everyone is at home. But yet my neighbors aren't dealing with this issue.
Outstanding customer service and especially after hours. Came home to the internet out, wife and kids mad... called the number and a tech named Adam answered. Super friendly and professional. Had me fixed up and going in less than 5 min. He was funny, knew exactly what he was doing, and made the dreaded call very pleasant. Best after hours experience I’ve EVER had with a service provider. If you’ve ever dealt with AT&T or any of those others, you know what I’m talking about. Adam, thank you sir!
We were worried about changing service from one of the big companies but decided to give it a try. After more than a year we have had a total of 3 outages even in the worst weather. All were corrected quickly. The last outage was due to mechanical issue during quarantine and telework. Pathways had a technical out to fix the issue within the hour! Glad we switched.
