Great and fast service. Calling and talking to customer service is always fast and easy and haven’t been left with questions afterwards. Have had service over a year with no issues and just upgrade to the fiber optics line fast and with no troubles.
I've been impressed with their service regarding internet and land line. For TV I use Fubo.
My husband and I moved to Texas nine years ago. Pathway is the only cable company that we have had. We have gone through growing pains with it, some good, some bad. The company has worked hard to improve on its weaknesses. We have been impressed with the improvements and decided to stay although our friends and coworkers have decided to drop cable for other options. I cannot say enough good things about Erica Ortiz. She works tirelessly to ensure that you, the customer, are satisfied. I just wish that more companies had employees like Erica. She is a rare find in this day and age. In addition, the technicians promptly arrived on the day that they were scheduled to switch my modem and were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.
