Continue to have issue with my internet connection. Called them at 850 am on Saturday morning. 3-28-2020. Told the tech what was going on and told him I have already wentbeen through the trouble shooting steps. He precede to tell me since I was refusing to trouble shoot while he was on the line. He couldn't help me. 2 days my internet has been spotty. Called for help and he tells.me it's because everyone is at home. But yet my neighbors aren't dealing with this issue.
I have unlimited great speed for a GREAT price! I have been with Pathway for 3 years now and would never change companies. The staff has always been polite and courteous. Mark Endres is so knowledgeable. Anytime there is an issue, they quickly resolve it. I highly recommend Pathway if they service your area!!
