Great and fast service. Calling and talking to customer service is always fast and easy and haven’t been left with questions afterwards. Have had service over a year with no issues and just upgrade to the fiber optics line fast and with no troubles.
We switched from AT&T to Pathway and I can honestly say our internet reliability is faster. Not only am I getting better speed, service, and consistency with Pathway, I am paying a quarter of what I was paying AT&T. I would recommend Pathway to everyone.
Continue to have issue with my internet connection. Called them at 850 am on Saturday morning. 3-28-2020. Told the tech what was going on and told him I have already wentbeen through the trouble shooting steps. He precede to tell me since I was refusing to trouble shoot while he was on the line. He couldn't help me. 2 days my internet has been spotty. Called for help and he tells.me it's because everyone is at home. But yet my neighbors aren't dealing with this issue.
