A credit/debit card must be provided when purchasing Pathway’s cable services. The credit card information is only for use in the event that you disconnect all services that require equipment for thirty (30) days previous and fail to return all necessary equipment belonging to Pathway or leave an outstanding balance not cleared in excess of forty-five days.
You must agree to provide updated information upon changes in the account or expiration date. Pathway will only release information to the account holder or any secondary person listed on the account. You must provide Pathway with a pass code before we can release any service or billing information pertaining to your account. The pass code was set by you at the time of ordering service. There are ways to retrieve the pass code in case you forget. Please call Pathway for options.
